Q: I'm not in the UK and my website isn't aimed at the UK market, will your backlink packages still work?
A: Absolutely. Like the Internet itself, backlinks are global and search engines recognise a backlink to a website no matter where the linking site is situated.
Q: How do I know that you've actually submitted my website?
A: With all of our backlink packages, we'll send you a full report on completion listing all of the pages where your backlinks are located. We offer you total transparency about where your backlinks are located.
Q: How long will it be before I see the backlinks in effect?
A: You can see backlinks appearing pretty quickly with social network backlinks. With the other packages backlinks will take longer to appear but steadily grow over time. Realistically, you should allow up to 3 months to see the full benefits of ANY backlink campaign (purchased from us or any other company). Q: I've been told by another company that they can get my site on the first page of Google within 24 hours. Why shouldn't I use their service over yours?
A: Be under no illusion here that no SEO company can legitimately get your website onto the first page of Google's organic (unpaid) listings within 24 hours. You won't find ANY reputable SEO company making such claims. Be EXTREMELY wary of any company making that claim.
Directory submission questions
Q: What is the benefit of your TIMELINE packages? Why would I want my submissions spread out over several weeks?
A: If your website is less than three-months old, Google may not approve of a large volume of backlinks pointing to your website in a short space of time. Google have been known to penalize new websites that suddenly have large amounts of backlinks. With our larger volumes of backlinks, we spread them over time so they look far more natural to the search engines. If your site is already established it is not such an issue.
Q: So why are your TIMELINE packages slightly more expensive that the one-off submission packages?
A: The TIMELINE packages take more co-ordination so purely they are slightly more expensive due to the additional time it takes for us to manage your campaign. However, this small additional cost if more than offset by the effectiveness of TIMELINE packages.

Q: Can you explain the difference between 'unique accounts' and regular social network submissions?
A: In short, unique accounts for social networking submissions are far more effective than just submitting your link to a social network site. As an example, say you post the following message onto a social networking site:

Once you post this message on a social networking website page, other people will also post messages on the same page so yours will go further and further down the page over time, reducing the effectiveness of the backlink.
